Eye Contact & Elocution

Read all of report with no eye contact.

The presenters mumble, incorrectly pronounce terms, and speak too quietly for audience to hear.  Many ums that are distracting.

Presenters occasionally use eye contact, still read most of the report. The presenters voice is low.  The presenters incorrectly pronounce terms.  Some audience members have difficulty hearing. Multiple ums but do not distract from presentation.
