Organization The audience cannot understand the presentation because there is no sequence of information. The audience has difficulty following the presentation. The presentation is choppy in nature. Transitions between topics are poor, minimal slides, mostly lecture. Information is presented in logical sequence which audience can follow. The presentation flows smoothly from topic to topic. Some weaknesses either w/in or between topics. Slides fit well with spoken material, but could be improved. Information is presented in logical, interesting sequence which the audience can follow. There are No weaknesses.
Subject Knowledge Content presented is sparse.  Content presented is  adequate but basic in nature. Some content is redundant. Content presented has depth or breadth. The content presented has depth and breadth. All areas covered extensively.
Graphics The group uses superfluous graphics or no graphics. The group occasionally uses graphics but they rarely support text and presentation. Graphics are poorly organized or their purpose is not clear. The group's graphics relate to text and presentation. They are well organized, clear and easy to read. The group's graphics explain and reinforce screen text and presentation. No flaws.
Mechanics The presentation has 5 spelling and/or grammatical errors. The presentation has 3 spelling and/or grammatical errors. The presentation has 1 or 2 spelling and/or grammatical errors. The presentation has NO spelling and/or grammatical errors.
Eye Contact The presenters read all of the report with NO eye contact. The presenters occasionally use eye contact, but still read most of the report. The presenters maintain eye contact most of the time but frequently returns to notes. The presenters maintain eye contact with audience seldom returning to notes.
Elocution The presenters mumble, incorrectly pronounce terms, and/or speak too quietly for audience to hear. Many ums, so that they distract  The presenter's voice is low. The presenters incorrectly pronounce terms. Some audience members have difficulty hearing. Ums used frequently but not distracting. The presenters pronounce most words correctly. Most audience members can hear the presentation. Few ums The presenters use a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear the presentation. No ums.
Participation The presentation is dominated by one group member. Most group members present but segments of the presentation are not equal. Most group members present equally. All group members present equally.
Questions about Subject The group does not have grasp of information; cannot answer basic questions about subject.  The group seems uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions. Only one group member exhibits the ability to answer questions adequately. The group is at ease with all questions, but fails to elaborate. One or two group members answer all questions. The group demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all questions with explanations and elaboration. All members participate in answering questions.
